Dreptaj combines a step counter with a game. Your phone counts your real steps, and your character walks the same distance on a virtual trail with friends.

Along the way you pass other walkers, challenge friends, combine steps in group expeditions, open chests, and collect pets and outfits.

Yes. Sign in with Apple or Google to save your progress, collection, and friends to your account and carry them over to another phone. Social features require an internet connection.

Send a personal invitation from the app. Your friend starts a little behind you on the trail, and you both get coins. They earn another reward when they catch up with your character.

From Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iPhone, always with your permission and with read-only access. Your phone counts the steps, so you do not need a watch or fitness band.

If a watch or another fitness app writes steps to Health Connect or Apple Health, Dreptaj reads the combined total without double-counting.

Dreptaj supports Android 9 or later and iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Health Connect is built into Android 14 and later. On Android 9–13, install Health Connect from Google Play.

Steps sync when you open or return to the app and when you tap sync. Supported phones can also sync in the background so friends see your progress even when the game is closed.

Each time you open Dreptaj, it checks the last 30 days. Steps from days when you did not open it are assigned to the days when you took them.

Choose one of 100 destinations, from Białowieża Forest to Machu Picchu, and create a team or join a public one. Invite friends to private expeditions with a code. A group can have 2 to 100 people.

Only new steps synced after joining count. Each destination has a time limit of 10 to 4 days, depending on difficulty. Finishing sooner earns a better coin pool: gold, silver, or bronze. It is split equally between people who contributed steps.

Choose a friend and a goal of 2,500, 5,000, 7,500, or 10,000 steps, or a custom goal up to 100,000. Race head to head or in a group of up to eight, just for fun or for an equal coin stake everyone agrees to. A shareable result card is ready at the finish.

All walkers share the same trail. After syncing, your character walks as far as you did. The app shows who you are passing, who is ahead, and the step gap between you. You can replay the day in your walk history.

Each day has one expedition with eight levels, from 2,500 to 20,000 steps. Each level upgrades the coin chest. Open it after midnight, Polish local time. It waits until you claim it and pays out only once.

Momentum rewards consistency. Choose a daily step goal; every day you reach it adds a flame, up to six. Each flame adds 2% to your coin earnings, up to 12%. A missed day ends your streak but removes just one flame.

On solo walks you may meet a pet that starts following you. After five long walks together, it stays for good. You can also unlock pets in the in-game shop, including dogs, cats, birds, and more.

No. Dreptaj does not request location, heart rate, or other health data. It reads only your step count. Daily totals and 15-minute step summaries reach the server; detailed records and the names of source apps stay on your phone.

Only if you enable them: all are off by default. Choose invitations, results, rewards, daily goal reminders, and streak-at-risk reminders separately, and set reminder times.

Only with your consent, requested at first launch and changeable in your profile. Even then, we do not send step counts, location, email, or names, only general events such as opening a screen.

Yes. Dreptaj is free to download and use. Coins can only be earned by walking in the game. They cannot be bought with real money or exchanged for money.

You can optionally buy selected cosmetics or a Premium subscription. Current prices are shown in the app store.

Premium is an optional subscription. While active, it unlocks cosmetics marked Included in Premium, every other reward point on the map, and +25% coins from the daily chest after reaching your goal. Claimed rewards stay yours. If you cancel, access continues until the paid period ends.
